Well, as part of splitting up our stuff, DalRae is going to take the entertainment unit, and all of the electronics in it. This includes the 36″ TV, the DirecTivo, Onkyo hi-fi, and the Pioneer DVD. This is good, as it is mostly stuff that I’m not all that keen on keeping in the long term, and she’ll make good use of it. The downside is that she’s going to take it tomorrow, when she has use of her friend’s truck. This is sooner than I had anticipated.

So, I’m going to lose my Tivo tomorrow. I am a little bit unhappy about this, but so be it. I can deal, I’m a grown-up… WAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! _sniff_ I’m going to miss my Tech TV, TLC, and BBC America until I land in NC. Goodbye, for now, dear Screensavers, Junkyard Wars, and Coupling, I’ll miss you!

On the upside, now I can make some better decisions when I buy my next entertainment stack — maybe I’ll swing for progressive scan, component video, Replay TV, better stereo, etc. Yeeehaww!
