I just finished up my first Blosxom plugin for public release. It isn’t anything stupendous, it creates the user/guest/member count in the middle of the right (green) panel. It makes use the the login plugin to know if someone is a member.
I don’t know how useful this will be to anyone, but I saw similar widgets on other blogs and thought it might be nice to have. I suppose the next step is integrated chat, zoiks! You can download it here.

Grahame, it works nicely in RedHat 8 and not in FreeBSD 5.1, the latter for a missing Storage.pm which failed to compile when I tried. Great job for a first plugin, and useful, too. Thanks.

I noticed that the plugin ties into my login plugin, so I had to try it out. I had the same problem with Storage on my home machine (Mac OS X), but fortunately it works on my production account, so I figured I would use it a bit just for fun…. Thanks!
