Well, here’s a rare sight round these parts these days, a recent mix! I made this one over the 4th of July weekend. My technique certainly left quite a bit to be desired, as most every transition had something that could have been done better. But the tracks are pretty good (I’m detecting a theme).
It starts off with the very good Synchronicity, a great proggy trance track, makes a quick detour through techno, and then takes a, rather abrupt and poor, turn into proggy house. But as this is me of course, we end up in the trance vein. And if I could just highlight #5, good lord do I love that track! Oooo, and the bassline of #7, I waited over a year for that vinyl to get released. And #9 (First Aid) is totally sweet. Ok, I’ll stop now.

Hey Grahame – I just downloaded and listened to your July 2005 Mix – good stuff! One or two of the mixes/transitions were rough…but you have definately made progress. I liked a number of the tracks in the set – glad to see that you are still digging the Trance genre. I just saw Tiesto in Atlantic City, NJ about 3 weeks ago – he was awesome! Keep up the mixing…and post any mixes you want to share.
